Gail Strous
Bookkeeper & Countertop Expert
After retiring from Dental Hygiene, Gail went back to college to explore business, human resource, and in 2020 completed a certificate in bookkeeping. She is the office manager for Flathead Countertops LLC and Bookkepper for 4 West Cabinetry & Wallbeds. She enjoys seeing the process of kitchen design and gets excited when a project comes to fruition! She loves it when customers show her their end project and is sincerely happy for them.
When Gail is not working you will probably find her with her family and super cute mini schnauzer kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, or relaxing in her backyard BBQing or smoking meat. She loves travel and being with kind genuine people!
Pssst…she also has a passion for essential oils and quality hot tea.
Jordan Gilmour
Cabinet Designer
Jordan is one of the creative designers at 4 West Cabinetry and is passionate about helping clients create homes that reflect their lifestyle and personality. She believes every home should tell a story and enjoys getting to know each client, understanding their vision, and guiding them through the design process with confidence. Her goal is to make every project feel exciting, approachable, and enjoyable while creating beautiful, functional spaces that her clients will love for years to come.
A graduate of Montana State University (Go Cats!) with a degree in Interior Design, Jordan has spent several years helping homeowners throughout the Flathead Valley bring their ideas to life. Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and genuine care for every project, she loves building lasting relationships with clients and treating each home as if it were her own.
When she’s not in the showroom or working on a project, you’ll usually find Jordan spending time with her husband and two dogs, who are always up for an adventure. Whether they’re out on the boat, exploring Glacier National Park, or enjoying everything the Flathead Valley has to offer, she values making memories with family and embracing the Montana lifestyle she proudly calls home.
Mickenzie Moskal
Cabinet Designer
Returning to her roots in Construction, Mickenzie took a step away from a career in the Criminal Justice field to join to the 4 West Cabinetry Team as a Cabinetry Designer. Growing up with a father who opened, operated then retired from his own small General Contracting Company, Mickenzie brings to the team an extensive knowledge of Project Management and an excellent comprehension of what it takes to run a Small Business.
Outside of work, Mickenzie enjoys spending time in her kitchen canning produce from her personal garden. When she is not tending to the garden or cooking in her kitchen, she is outside kayaking, camping, hiking and always enjoying all the beauty that Flathead Valley has to offer.
